Juan Martín Morando is a lawyer with a distinguished career in the field of labor law and labor relations. He served until early 2024 as Judge of Labor Court No. 1 of General San Martín, a position he held since 2008, and previously served as an official in the National Labor Justice. Currently, he is a Tax & Legal Partner at BDO in Argentina.
Morando graduated from the University of the Argentine Social Museum and has a solid academic background. He holds two Master's degrees: one in Labor Law and International Labor Relations from the National University of Tres de Febrero, and another in Law and Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University. He also holds a Master in Laws from George Mason University, United States. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Juridical Sciences at the University of Palermo.
In addition to his judicial work, he is the author of articles and books on legal topics. He has served as a professor at various academic institutions, such as the University of Buenos Aires, the Argentine University of Enterprise, and the Catholic University of Salta, among others. He currently directs the Institute of Economic Analysis of Law at the University of Palermo.
